Pot pies and tortiere

Our fillings are all handmade, with ingredients sourced as locally as possible. We produce pies on a weekly basis, to guarantee freshness (even while frozen). Our pies all cook directly from frozen, at 350 degrees, for one hour per small pie, and two hours per large pie.

Rotisserie chickens

You'll never buy another rotisserie chicken like ours! Marinated overnight, with fresh Giannone Chickens, and cooked just until done... So popular you often have to order ahead!

Chickens are ready Monday thru Friday at 4:30 pm, and Saturday and Sunday at 1:00 pm. Call to reserve or take your chances!

Jamaican Patties

Possibly our most treasured year round creation. Jamaican patties are made from scratch, every day of the week. Beef patties are made with O'Brien Farms beef and chicken patties are hand shredded chicken from our rotisserie, with our own Jamaican curry powder. Hot out of the oven for around noon each day.

Soups and stews

Soups change daily, depending on what the day and the chefs feel like. Stews and chilies are seasonal, and appear every winter. Some soup examples include: Three Sister, Split Pea and Bacon, Corn Chowder, or Chicken Vegetable.
