Country Style Bacon
Our quest for great bacon started with Peameal bacon. We were convinced that we could make a version better than what was currently available. All of our bacons are brined, and rinsed, so that they are not over salted.
Country style smoked bacon (single or double smoked) is ready to eat as is. If you cook our bacon, make sure to do so over a medium to low heat, as our bacon will caramelize around the edges very quickly over high heat.
Our back bacon is ready to eat as is, or can be reheated according to taste. Peameal bacon is not smoked, and NEEDS to be cooked before eating. We invite you to taste the different bacons in store, and will work to find the right bacon for you.
